1. We start every client relationship with a complimentary call. Its important for us to get to know you, your project and your goals, so that we can provide you with the best possible experience.
2. Following on from your complimentary call we will send you an outline of how we work and schedule an initial consultation.
3. Consultations are available online or in person. Hestia are here to help you design the home or business space you have always dreamed of.
4. We will then send you a detailed fee proposal, tailored to your needs, for each stage of the design process.
5. Once you are happy we request a returned signed copy of your detailed fee proposal to us.
6. Upon appointment we will begin your journey with you from concept to completion.
